‘Hey Paul’ started as a dream of our chef, Paul, and became a reality in 2024. Chef Paul is a retired firefighter from Vermont with over 25 years of experience in various kitchens. Most importantly, he loves bringing people together with food. From hometown comfort to the classics, he has the experience to make your culinary dreams come true.
Our passion is to use fresh, seasonal, and local ingredients from Virginia and Vermont as much as possible. Both states feature many renowned special ingredients, from maple syrup and Cabot cheese in Vermont to the seafood and apples of Virginia; many of our recipes showcase the local fare.
